1. Overview

The Premier Notary Exam Prep Platform ("the Service") is a monthly subscription designed to help students prepare for their state notary commission exam. By subscribing, you agree to the terms set forth below.

2. Subscription & Billing

•The subscription fee is $19 per month, billed automatically on your subscription date.
•Payments are processed securely through Square.
•You may cancel at any time and your access remains active until the end of your billing period.
•No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.

3. Access to Study Materials

Your subscription includes:

•State-specific modules and study materials
•Practice quizzes and mock exams
•Automatic updates when laws change
•Study analytics and progress tracking

4. Premier Pass Guarantee

If you meet the following conditions and do not pass your official state exam, you may request a refund of one monthly billing period:

Eligibility Requirements:

1.You completed all required modules inside the platform.
2.You passed two full mock exams with a passing score.
3.You provide documented proof of failure of your state's official notary exam.
4.Your exam must have occurred during an active subscription period.
5.You submit your request within 30 days of taking the exam.

5. Cancellation Policy

•You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting Premier Notary & Apostille Services, LLC.
•No long-term contracts or commitments required.
•Cancellation takes effect on the next billing cycle.
•Access to Square customer portal for self-service cancellation is available in your receipt emails.

6. Data Privacy

•All data is handled securely and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
•We do not share, sell, or distribute personal or study data to third parties.
•Your payment information is processed securely through Square and is never stored on our servers.

7. Intellectual Property

•All content (modules, quizzes, mock exams) is owned by Premier Notary & Apostille Services, LLC.
•Users may not copy, redistribute, or publish content without written permission.
•Content is for personal use only during an active subscription.

8. Limitation of Liability

•The Service provides educational content only.
•We do not guarantee state exam outcomes beyond the Pass Guarantee specified in Section 4.
•Premier Notary & Apostille Services, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
