- •Incomplete or incorrect document submissions
No Guarantee of Approval or Acceptance
We cannot guarantee that:
- ✗Your documents will be approved for apostille by the issuing authority
- ✗The foreign country or institution will accept your apostilled documents
- ✗Apostilled documents will be sufficient for your specific purpose
- ✗Processing will be completed within any specific timeframe
- ✗Documents meet the requirements of the destination country
Document Requirements & Restrictions

- •Non-acceptance of apostilled documents by foreign countries or institutions
- •Legal consequences of document use in foreign jurisdictions
- •Errors or omissions in the original document content
Non-Refundable Fees
Once the apostille process has begun, the following fees are non-refundable:
- •State apostille fees paid to Secretary of State offices
- •Federal authentication fees
- •Express or rush processing fees paid to government agencies
- •Shipping and courier fees
- •Service fees for processing, handling, and coordination
